Our Blairpatrick vineyard produces Pinot Noir of incredible character. A wine that is poised and structured, offering you layers of red and dark cherry, hints of chocolate and liquorice, all elegantly rounded out by an intense spice and mineral complexity. Overall, a generous and dense palate which finishes with a firm, yet silky tannin structure and beautifully balanced acidity. A wine that will age gracefully well into the future.
Mix of wild and innoculated ferments, however, all ferments were started wild.10% of this wine is whole-bunch, and maturation for 14 months in barrel with 25% being 100% New French Oak.
